Trifle

Ingredients (Serves about 4 people )

1 tin fruit cocktail 55p
1 ready made custard 54p
1 swiss roll 68p
1 packet of Dream Topping 83p
Chocolate flake 27p

Total £2. 87

Method

1.Slice the swiss roll and place in the bottom and around the sides of a dish.

2. Drain the fruit but keep about 6 big spoons of juice. Put the fruit and juice over the swiss roll.

3. Pour the custard over the fruit.

4. Make up the Dream Topping as written on the packet and carefully place on top of the custard.

5.Sprinkle bits of flake all over the trifle. ( For Easter you could put an Easter Bunny on the top if you have one) ENJOY.
